The difference between using aloe vera juice vs gel depends on the intention of the user, but which is more effective for you? Aloe vera has many different applications. The improper processing of aloe vera will result in the loss of its active ingredients as its essential bioactive components breakdown rather quickly. Consumers should be aware when purchasing aloe vera to only purchase products processed from freshly harvested aloe leaves. Transport from the field to the processing plant needs to be refrigerated in order to keep all the active ingredients in full concentration.
